Women Only Classes

There are a wide range of clubs and groups in Newcastle that provide activities for women only. Click on any of the clubs listed below to find out how you can get involved.

  • Workout Wednesday (Women Only)

    Workout Wednesday is a great way of socialising, and getting fit. Meet new people whilst improving fitness, receiving support and encouragement from professional coaches to keep you motivated and help make exercise not feel like a chore. All of these sessions are free.

  • ParkLives: Women Only Bootcamps

    Bootcamp is the perfect mix of cardio with resistance training, to help boost your stamina and fitness. Keep your intensity up with different drills and encouraging coaches. This session is for women only. All Parklives sessions are free.

  • This Girl Can Running Groups

    These are women only groups, instructed by female coaches. We have running groups (including for beginners) that take place on a weekly basis at Newcastle Civic Centre, Gosforth Central Park and Welbeck Academy (during term time)

    We also have training groups that can help you to prepare for events like the Great North Run on weekends! These groups are friendly, supportive and will help you work towards

  • Hat-Trick Football and Multi-Sport

    Hat-Trick has worked with over 10,000 children and young people, and helped over 100 Newcastle residents to gain FA coaching awards.

    Newcastle is a football-mad city, so the game is an ideal way to help young people gain skills and confidence – while having a great time along the way. We now also do multi-sport for more and more young people to find activities they like.

    Hat-Trick’s roots are firmly in the West End – but the team now works with schools and youth organisations throughout Newcastle and the North East, including the Byker Community Trust
