    Active Push is for new mams who are 6-8 weeks post-natal. It’s a great way of getting fit, without having to worry about childcare and you get to meet other new mams in Newcastle too!

    Here you will find our top 10 This Girl Can sessions and clubs across the city that will guarantee you a great experience. This Girl Can is all about encouraging women to be physically active and to feel confident and have fun while doing so.  This Girl Can celebrates women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels so no matter who you are or what you have/haven’t done in the past, these sessions will welcome you with open arms :-) All these sessions are female only and are led by a female instructor to allow you to feel at ease and jiggle and wiggle as you please.
